CULINARY CLUB

The Culinary club of Valluvar started with a single motto of uniting students with passion for cooking. The club open to all the students of VCSM be a part of it. The Culinary Club is a place where students can meet new people, be creative, learn how to cook, and have fun. Students are encouraged to take part and help lead cooking activities in the club. The goal of Culinary Club is to teach and learn about different part of the Culinary Arts in order to spread knowledge about food. The club wants to encourage people to follow their culinary dreams.

OBJECTIVES

  • To provide a live experience for students about Kitchen etiquette, Recipe preparation, Beverage Management strategies, Room Management Concept etc.
  • Its primary objective is to give students practical experience in the kitchen so that they can develop their creative abilities.
  • The development of abilities in Fusion Food preparation, Food Management, Baking Arts, and Room Keeping are the primary focuses of this course.
